We recommend testing:

Loaded operating cycles: run the screwdriver under realistic torque instead of only testing the motor with no load

Forward and reverse operation: simulate normal fastening and screw-removal use

Multiple speed and torque levels: especially for multi-stage electric screwdrivers

Continuous operating time: check whether the motor can maintain stable performance during extended use

Temperature rise: monitor the motor, PCB, battery, and gearbox for abnormal heating

Current draw: compare electrical current before, during, and after endurance testing

Speed retention: verify that RPM remains within the required range

Torque retention: confirm the motor can still deliver the specified output after long-term use
