IQC checks incoming materials

Motors, batteries, PCBs, bits, plastic parts and metal components should be checked before they enter production. Supplier qualification and sampling help prevent material problems from moving downstream.

IPQC controls the production process

Assembly accuracy, torque calibration, process parameters and operator standards are monitored during production. Abnormalities should be corrected and recorded before more units are affected.

FQC verifies finished-product performance

Finished units are checked for core function, torque, appearance and noise. Sampling can extend to durability or other product-specific tests when the order requires it.

Aging, continuous operation, temperature, drop and cycle testing can simulate operating and transport conditions. Pre-shipment inspection then verifies packaging, labels, quantities and final samples.
