Keep the standard motor, gearbox, battery, and PCB: changing core components adds engineering, sampling, testing, and compliance cost
Simplify packaging: use existing case structures and customize the printed box, labels, and artwork
Limit custom colors: standard colors or one custom color are more economical than multiple color versions
Increase order quantity: larger orders reduce setup, material, packaging, and production cost per unit
