What quality documents should a screwdriver factory provide before shipment?

Before shipment, a screwdriver factory should provide quality inspection records that show the finished goods match the approved sample, specifications, and order requirements.

We recommend asking for:

Pre-shipment inspection report: overall quantity, appearance, function, and packaging results

Product specification sheet: final approved torque, speed, dimensions, battery, materials, and accessories

Torque test report: electric torque levels, manual torque, and consistency where applicable

Bit hardness report: confirms the specified S2, CR-V, or other bit hardness range

Runout or concentricity test record: important for precision screwdriver models

Battery inspection record: voltage, capacity, charging function, runtime, and battery model

Functional test report: forward/reverse, buttons, display, LED, automatic stop, and charging

Aging or endurance test record: especially for electric screwdrivers and motors

Appearance inspection record: color, logo, scratches, assembly gaps, and surface finish

Packaging inspection report: accessories, labels, barcode, manuals, carton quantity, and packaging condition

Material or component certificates: when specific materials, batteries, motors, or other critical components were agreed

Compliance documents: such as CE, RoHS, FCC, UN38.3, or other applicable reports when required for the destination market

For OEM orders, the inspection report should be checked against the approved golden sample, specification sheet, BOM, packaging artwork, and agreed QC standard.

For ToolQeen screwdriver projects, we recommend completing the functional inspection, torque check, hardness verification, battery check, aging test, appearance inspection, and packaging inspection before shipment approval.
