What quality checks should be performed on an electric screwdriver?
An electric screwdriver should be checked for appearance, torque, speed, runout, battery performance, motor and gearbox condition, control functions, bit quality, and packaging before shipment.

Dimensions: overall size, shaft size, button position, and critical tolerances

Forward/reverse operation: verify both directions work normally

Gearbox: backlash, abnormal noise, slipping, and transmission smoothness
Battery: voltage, capacity, charging time, runtime, and protection functions
USB charging: charging current, connector fit, cable, and charging indicator
Buttons, display, and LED: confirm all control and indication functions
Bits: quantity, type, dimensions, material, hardness, tip accuracy, and magnetic performance
Aging test: verify that performance remains stable after repeated operation
